Free US Shipping

Every BrightStay order ships free to addresses in the contiguous United States. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Some items in a multi-item order may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.

Duties and taxes

Prices include all import duties for US deliveries. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your package has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
