Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love every BrightStay fix. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with your return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
